Linked Data make a solid foundation for the development of the Semantic Web, the Web data constituted by a large of data links instead of document links. Using traditional search engine crawlers in which semantic relations aspects of information seem lack of capacity to access and index sorting, and the Linked Data crawlers ignore user interest domains caused the relevant data dispersed. In order to provide high quality of the search results, it need to consider how to take advantage of the semantic information in accordance with user needs access to the data, how to expand semantic and how to use the expanded semantic data in the future of the Semantic Web search engine. As a level of the Semantic Web stack, ontology use the concept of knowledge class, property, individual and logical reasoning to express the knowledge in order to achieve information sharing domain knowledge. Unfortunately, the dynamic ontology expression has not been effectively addressed, and unidentified semantic means share information still in the handmade stage. According to the shortage above, paper will explore.1. With the needs of the dynamic expression, constraints to achieve changes in three areas of knowledge representation of the structural characteristics through traditional classification of characteristics, thereby hoping to adapt to the dynamic changes in ontology of knowledge requirements.2. Defines a dynamic RDF model structure called AOR linked graph Model. Use the ontology mapping function as the center of algorithm design and implementation of crawler strategies. Compare and access the results with the traditional crawler.3. Exploring the semantic Web search engine structure which allows users to personalize the composition of demand. To obtain closely linked information, using the interests of user formed crawler strategies. The sum of the entire user data is the Semantic Web search engine acquired data.4. Using the AOR graph model to design the crawler algorithm and a semantic navigation function crawlers, to verify the feasibility of the proposed theory.
