Design And Implementation Of Qality Information System Based On J2EE

In order to meet the requirements of quality management, the QIS is developed, which is mainly to manage the quality improvement, the quality information and the quality cost. Using J2EE system structure, the enterprise solution scheme of development and management can be simplified, thus the system developing efficiency has been improved and the system developing costs have been reduced.In this dissertation, the research object is one department in an institute of CSIC. There are 4 departments, abort 400 persons engaged in military product development. The work includes military product development, pre-research and manufacture. There are only 5 persons dealing with the quality information. The issues include:the type of the quality record is out-of date, the communication is poor, the traceability is not strong, and low work efficiency. Due to the low degree of automation, real-time sharing is poor. Therefore, it becomes particularly important to optimize the management process.to inprove the quality of information management level and to ensure a safe,smooth and sharing realization of quality information.To create a set of QIS consistent with these characteristics is essential.Using UML modeling tool for modeling and managing of the entire process of development,the QIS based on B/S mode J2EE typical architecture is developed with the Oracle database. QIS mainly includes 3 parts:the quality cost management,the quality information management,the quality improvement management.The module of the quality cost management is responsible for the reporting work of the primary sectors. The quality information management module is designed for quality information collection,processing and feedback in time.The quality improvement management module is responsible for dealing with and solving the non-consistent questions and faults, managing QC group activities.The system development includes five stages:the planning stage,the analysis phase,design phase.implementation phase and the operation and maintenance phase,in which the key J2EE skills involved are mainly:Servlet,JSP,JDBC,EJB,JavaBean,JNDI,RMI,JAVA IDL,JMS and componentskill etc.With the application of the MVC pattern,using Struts,Spring,Hibermate integration framework and workflow technology,the presentation layer,business logic,data persistence layer have been designed.
