The Design And Implementation Of Quality Management Information System For Production Enterprises

With the production of industry competition intensified,quality management in the imperceptibly have become the core competitiveness,the higher the enterprise product quality,will be easy to win the competition in the market.In the economic globalization and market competition process,more and more customers tend to buy more although the price is slightly higher,but better quality products,the low quality of the products have been in the competition to continue to survive,the enterprise production concept already from the product quantity gradually change to product quality.Therefore,based on the existing resources of enterprises to establish a set of effective information management system is more important.According to the enterprise demand for the high quality of the products,according to the current status of cyber source and hardware resources of existing enterprise,made clear the task of this paper,through the method of UML modeling,use case diagram and use case describes the system demand analysis.Using Java as the development language,database using Oracle 9i,the design and implementation of the whole process management in the production of products,namely research and experiment of quality management,quality management,analysis of seven quality plan management,quality management,guarantee the quality system activities management and other functions.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the development of this system,and software from abroad and domestic were analyzed,combined with the actual target of enterprise,expounds the necessity of this system development for enterprise custom.Then,based on the analysis of the demand of target enterprise,presented the overall design of mixed structure,the final selection of the B/S and C/S.Carries on the classification management of the function module of the system,analyzes problems in integration.Finally,carried on the test run on the actual effect of the system,and achieved good results.
