Design And Implementation Of Management Information System For International Cooperation And Technology In Water Ministry

For need of work,we built the website of china water resources international cooperation and science technology in June,1999(http://www.chinawater.net.cn).In 2000,we used the system of office automation and the system is C/S insturcture.The system include standards(specifications or codes)management,management of delegation going abroad and the project management of science technology.According the development of information technology,the office automation system and the website can not supply the need of water resources management. Under the overall framework of Water Resources's E-government,Department of International Cooperation,Science and Technology need do a comprehensive summary of the information work in building the application of the job.During the work,we must consider the 7 River's management(Yangtze River,Yellow River,and other major river basin management agencies).We need finish the business function demand,build the business application for the china water resources industry.According the Request of Water E-government's overall design,we need the resources and data systems integration based on the need for a unified technology framework,standards and the environment,and we will achieve the standard Business Management System between the international cooperation application,science and technology application and technology supervision application,meantime,between the department and valley Agencies.The system will realize the affairs Declaration, Permission,Release and will realize the sharing of information,Synergies office, Chief public.In short,it will promote the level of warter rescources information application.The major as follow:First,Analysis the Existing application and website,finish the demand analysis of Management Information System For Water Resources's International Cooperation,Science and Technology.The existing application system is based on Domino Lotus Notes and the database is document data.During research,we collect the format the business form and finish the business Process.Based on the research and the Water E-government's overall design,we completed "The Demand Analysis Report of System For Water Resources's International Cooperation,Science and Technology".Second,Overall Structure Design,Function Design,Database Design and Prograrning.We apply the J2EE structure and devide the system to four parts:international cooperation,science and technology,technology supervision and Experts database.In the job,we apply some tools software,for example,Middleware,form software.For better Communication with Customers,we desing the web page.Finally,we finish'The Design Report of System For Water Resources's International Cooperation,Science and Technology".Third,Testing and Installation.To the business process,we test the system using the real data.During the test,we amend the system as soon as possible if we find mistakes.Installation include the database installation,application system installation and Configuration.
