As we all know, water is one of the indispensable resource, which we rely for existence, and all the earth person all can’t leave water and life. There is no doubt that each person’s mental state will directly influenced degree of water quality and inferior. Today’s real life, each region from time to time by the flood, water lack, the water is seriously polluted, and so on malignant water-related disasters threaten. Especially in water pollution incidents, mostly due to fuel leakage or factories discharge waste materials leads to violate the rules, often in large area within the scope of the residents and to overestimate harm plants and animals. In so many threats and pressure of water resources, China’s water quality testing work will face a new round of severe challenges. In such a strict in water quality in the modern society, we must put by reducing the heavy metal pollutants such as ground out as the main approach to reduce the pollution of water quality. At the same time around the water conservancy department must through custom effective energy-saving measures to reduce the waste water. Qingdao as Jiao Dong peninsula near the yellow sea on a large, its water resources are very rich. So for Qingdao’s water, how to reasonably and effectively under the jurisdiction of its regional inland water quality and water security, be must think hard and find a solution strategy of Qingdao city’s water. The development trend of the face information of Qingdao city’s water using a front-end technology and automation model to implement the deployment in the quality of water resources within their respective jurisdictions.This article strictly comply with the standard of management system for the development of several big steps designed to achieve the Qingdao bureau of water quality remote monitoring and control system. This topic is based on B/S model and J2EE architecture. The Struts framework, the typical system USES the MVC and combined the related process technology. For the processing solution to the problem of water quality function mainly refers to the history of water quality treatment measures as well as the present situation, and form the corresponding water quality treatment table and so on content; Exceeds bid last warning is set according to the requirement for water quality warning flags, index of more than warning signs warning.This system enhances the precision of the remote monitoring of water quality, improve the level of the water resources management, to replace the original manual data processing of computer data processing, reduce the risk of error, improve the working efficiency.
