With the rapid development of servo control technology,mechatronics technology and automatic control technology,stable platform servo control system has become an important topic which domestic and foreign experts are reserching,and has now been widely used in the military field and civilian fields.The servo control system is combined with some technologies.And this design of the car stable platform servo control system is a combination of embedded technology,selectslntelligent PID controlalgorithm as the system algorithm,and eliminates disturbance factors because of moving vehicle,so that keeping the attitude stabilization of controlled object.This paper can be divided into two parts, one is the platform,another is hardware circuit.The structure of platformadoptsto combine internal frame with external frame.Hardware circuit selects S3C2440 chip as the central control processor inthe system,and choosesthe the inertial attitude as sensor element,and selects the drive motor as the actuating element.In the system,hardware circuit has several units,including the data acquisition unit which selects the inertial attitudeas the core,containing execution unit which selects the drive motor as the core,and consisting of processing control unit.Arounding the hardware circuit,designing theservo control systemsoftware,it includes the data acquisition program which acquires the the angle of the platformand the control algorithm program which handles the angle data.By the processing,thePWMpulse is exported to drive the rotation of motor,so that the inner or outer frame rotates.At last,the controlled object is stable.
