With continuous improvement of digital and information technology, marine satellite antenna needs efficiently receive multimedia information like voice, data and image information in real time. In order to make the antenna always point to the satellite, there needs stable antenna platform enqiupped on the ship to inhibit sway brought by factors such as change of attitude and direction. This paper takes marine satellite antenna stability platform as research background. Output of attitude information for each axis of micro inertial measurement unit and antenna position information of resolver can form a close loop. After solved by controller,the deviation amplifies power of output,and drive motor.All that can isolate sway of antenna and keep the attitude stability.On the basis of principle of antenna stablility platform servo control system,the paper firstly presents the overall system design and finishes the analysis and selection of key elements. DSP chip is very suitable for motor control because of its advantage like High efficiency, speed,and precision,and output of PWM. Thus this system uses TMS320F2812 as the main control chip. The hardware of servo control system consists of TMS320F2812 minimum system board, motor power amplifier board and position detection circuit board.after completing the design of hardware circuit board, we develop friendly graphical interface on host computer, which can achieve the function of position control and data transmission.This paper completes the design of control method of antenna stable platform servo control system, establishes the mathematical model of stabilization loop,performs theoretical analysis and classical calibration to servo-control system and verify the feasibility of the classic PID control law. It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy control theory and traditional PID control theory. Then the paper designs fuzzy adaptive PID controller and presents implementation steps and software for control algorithm. Meanwhile, detection program of the PWM wave generation and position is written. The idea of translation digital filter is used when we design the software, which achieves position control of the stablity antenna platform.Software simulation tests show that fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm presented in this paper is superior to the traditional PID control algorithm in control effect. The algorithm can not only reduce overshoot of system and improve the accuracy of control, but also it has better anti-interference ability and robustness. The fuzzy adaptive PID controller which can reach system 's performance requirements has better dynamic, static performance than traditional PID controller.
