This paper designs a photoelectric stablePlatform servo control system belongs to the monitoring equipment.used in the frontier defence.It has the function of pre-warning,monitoring,alarm,tracking and instruction where the target azimuth. The system has the characteristic of lower cost and higher precision and reliability and high maintainability etc.The TI's TMS320LF2407A DSP controller is adopted in the paper, the controller achieves the implementation of the servo control algorithm instead of the analog circuit.The DSP communicates directly with the control center,replaces the Industrial Control Computer by the serial chip with four serial ports and the interface chip, which can effectively overcome the control signal lag brought by too much the intermediate link.The incremental photo-electricity encoder and Hall Current Sensor are applied as the position feedback sensor and the current sensor,to realize the control system with a single position loop.The main content of the paper is that completed and implemented the designing of photoelectric stable platform servo control system on the center of DSP(TMS320LF2407A). First we introduce the mathematical model of the stable platform servo control system,and the calibration analysis and the simulation verification to the mathematical model of the stabilization loop is fmished.On this basis this paper focuses on the realization of photoelectric stable platform servo control system base on DSP.Especially the control to DC torque motor is implemented based on event manager.The PWM control of DC torque motor and related hardware and software implementation are emphatically studied on base of analyzing the working principle of DC torque motor.The digital servo control scheme based on DSP introduced in this paper is widely used in engineering practice and can Satisfy product application requirements by test to index and function of photoelectric turntable.This verifies the feasibility and correctness of photoelectric stable platform digital control system and possess certain practical engineering value.
