Digital aerial measurement system integrated by the optical systems, precision machinery, electronics, software, and other areas of scientific research results, is a high-tech of high-speed development. Gyro-stabilized platform is the essential component of the digital aerial measurement system. It can help aerial photography system photeograph vertically automatically, extend flight time and increase the efficiency of aerial flight, improve image quality, and reduce the intensity of the work crew.The main function of the camera stable platform servo system is to isolate the disturbance of roll and pitch channels to make the camera's optical axis in the geographical coordinates stable. At the same time,the platform should move in the roll channel to ensure the camera work properly on the assigned route stablely and rapidly. Therefore the system is a typical position servo system. For the realization of high precision and high reliability control of the platform, control system selects multiple closed-loop control programmes, respectively, the system is composed of analog current hoop, analog speed hoop, digital speed hoop, digital position hoop.The focus of this dissertation includes the Servo System hardware design and software design. Hardware design is based on the main control DSP core,including designs of sensor signals collection , data output channel and CAN communication module. CAN communication module realizes the information exchange of the control system and the order-sender computer. Software design includes the design of overall servo control system software,software algorithms and test software. The algorithm selects commonly used intelligent PID. Practice has proved that this method can be satisfied with the control results. The test software is a test interface running on a PC.You can test the relevant by clicking the button on the interface.
