In the background of "Industrial 4.0", the innovation of software and information technology plays a more and more important role in the field of industry. As the leading industry enterprise, Siemens follows the step of "Industrial 4.0" closely and it also raises the demand of standardization, informationization, and process-oriented for company industrial project management. Meanwhile, industrial projects have a long period, and they tend to be more and more complex because of the increasing complexity among the various project activities. Simply managed by the project manager may cause confusion in the process of the project. Although there are a lot of project management systems around the world, rare industrial management system are guided by PMBOK, using the advanced project management technology, or according with the actual business requirements of Siemens Company.Therefore, it is urgent that a set of industrial management system should be explored.Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of the current domestic and overseas project management systems are analyzed. Secondly, according to the industrial project management of Siemens Company’s actual business needs and knowledge of PMBOK theory, a special system service for Siemens industrial project management is designed and implemented.The system functions include five processes of the PMBOK knowledge theory, closely related to Siemens Company’s actual business needs, which embodies the rigorous attitude and the attention of the control about power and responsibility of Siemens. In the aspect of project progress control, adopting the advanced technology of Gantt chart, which makes project progress displayed visually. In terms of implementation, the latest Microsoft ASP.NET MVC4 framework combined with SQL Server2008 database is adopted as the development tool. The system is divided into three layers:the presentation layer, business logic layer and database access layer. In the presentation layer the jQueryEasyUI plug-in is used, which makes the system has a rich and perfect UI interface. In the business logic layer, class-PRT controller factory is created to make it more flexible for system control. In the database access layer, the Entity Frame Work technology is applied, which improves the efficiency of the database access. From the perspective of the user, the system considers the handling of abnormal, site map and the handling of user waiting.Finally, the deployment of the system is completed and the system is tested both for unit and integration to make sure that the system has a good user experience, strong reliability and runs stably.
