Research On Quality Management Of Zhenjiang OSLT Testing System Construction Project

With the rapid development of IT technology,the application of testing system in Zhenjiang Occupational Skill talent evaluation is more and more extensive.The application of information technology to construct Occupational Skill Level Test(OSLT)testing system can not only comprehensively improve the level of OSLT testing management,It also ensures the quality of OSLT tests.However,how to clarify construction requirements,coordinate all resources,standardize project construction and so on in the construction process of Zhenjiang OSLT testing system project,and how to do well the quality of this kind of information construction project is not only directly related to the success or failure of the project,but also a hot topic of project quality management research in the theoretical and IT circles.This paper refers to the relevant theories of project management and participates in the practice of software project quality management,based on the construction project of Zhenjiang OSLT testing system as the research background,combined with the method of project management body of knowledge(PMBOK)on project quality management,this paper focuses on the research of quality management optimization scheme in the construction process of this project,in order to improve the success rate of the project.On the basis of reviewing the theory of occupational skill level recognition and the theory of software project quality management,this paper firstly analyzes the background of the construction project of Zhenjiang testing system by an example,analyzes the existing problems in the present quality management,and puts forward the construction scheme of Zhenjiang OSLT testing system.Secondly,according to the actual demand of the project construction,the quality planning of the test system construction project is formulated.Then,on the basis of quality planning,the quality assurance and quality control methods of the system construction projects are further discussed.The project was completed on time according to the predetermined quality target.The research shows that under the guidance of the quality management policy of "scientific,fair,standardized and effective,and customer satisfaction",the scope,schedule and quality of project management are ensured by introducing quality planning,quality assurance and quality control.Through the practice of the project,IT makes a useful attempt to improve the theory of IT project quality management and explore the new method of IT project quality management,which has certain reference significance for the quality management of the construction of occupational skill information project in the future.
