With the development of semiconductor technology, integrated circuit technology, signal processing technology, and the rapid progress of wireless communication technology, wireless transmission is used more and more widely, great helpful for the human life. But it has also caused the space electromagnetic environment becomes more and more complex, the problem of electromagnetic interference is more and more serious, the spectrum of available space becomes more and more crowded. This is essential for transceiver design in wireless transmission systems put forward higher requirements. Especially in military field, with the research in the field of communication deeply all over the world, information transmission has been attracting more and more attention,radio transceiver performance directly determines the safety degree of telecommunication system. How to deal with the electromagnetic interference in harsh environment, or even against malicious attacks,we are required to fully enhance the capability of independent development of radio transceiver, develop a strong anti-interference ability,offer good sensitivity, large dynamic range, small volume, and excellent safety performance of the transceiver. Satellites are being used more and more widely with the development in both military and civilian fields, R & D Satellite Radio has become the focus of attention of today’s communication field, and has good application prospect and the research value.The work of this dissertation is as part of a military satellite radio development project. Respecting confidentiality requirements, the dissertation introduces the design scheme of a response to satellite application of 30MHz-500MHz Transceiver R.F front-end, the basic knowledge of transceiver, and compares several current receiver structures, analyzes the main index data of receivers, describes the design of a transceiver two times by infrequence conversion super heterodox structure, and the frequency hopping filter transceiver, low noise amplifier, frequency synthesizer, the core chip selection mixer module,main performance index, circuit design to debugging in detail, the test results are given at the present stage. The dissertation lays the foundation for successive design of Transceiver RF front-end with more superior performance.
