Software radio,also known as software-defined radio.Software radio technology is a wireless communication architecture and technology that can be compatible with a variety of wireless communication devices and can meet the needs of personalized communication in the future.Software radio technology proposes a new idea of designing,manufacturing and using wireless communication systems and devices through a modular hardware platform.It does not have to be limited by hardware,freeing system services from traditional radio technology that relies entirely on hardware,making the design programmable,easy to modify,and low-cost,which will take wireless communication technology to a new level.The AD9361 is a wireless transceiver chip with high integration and high performance.The AD9361 integrates most parts of wireless transceiver system,including ADC/DAC,LNA,phase-locked loop,and filter to meet the wireless transceiver requirements from 70 MHz to 6GHz.Due to the programmability of the chip,the wide communication frequency band and the high system integration degree,the AD9361 is an excellent chip selection for wireless communication.This paper mainly introduces the wireless transceiver system overview,introduces the structure and working principle of AD9361,designs a L-band transceiver front-end based on software defined radio,designs related circuits,including digital interface of AD9361,input and output interface,clock interface,control interface and power supply modulesThis paper also uses the XC7Z045-2FFG900 E chip of ZYNQ-7000 series as BBP chip,sets its development board functions,including DDR3 module,HDMI module,SD card module,configuration module and other related circuits,while designing several intermediate frequencies interface to communicate with the IF board in the system.Finally,the board is uniformly powered by a series of power modules consisting of DC-DC and LDO.This paper introduces the design ideas of these power modules.Finally,the paper gives the schematic diagram of the circuit,analyzes the signal integrity and power integrity of the PCB layout,and assigns the IO port according to the bank's bank allocation position,and finally gives the circuit board diagram.The board integrates the functions of the AD9361,and also integrates the functions of the ZYNQ-7000 series FPGA development board,which can realize the wireless transceiver front-end function in the L-band.
