Satellite communication play a critical role at the present, it has advantages such as long distance communication, wide frequency bandwidth, abundant capability of information, excellence capability, and so on. It is widely used in military, navigation, mobile communication. As an important part of satellite communication system, the radio frequency transmit-receive front-ends has been developing to the aim of high linearity, large dynamic range, high sensibility and distinguishability, the performance has been improved immensely.This article is for a certain project of car-taken satellite in S band. Communication radio frequency transmit-receive front-ends. On the base of comparation of the various kinds of transmit-receive front-ends's characteristic, this article does profound research on pivotal technological norm, includes operation principles, scheme design and implement process. Take advantage of professional software ADS, HFSS, Designer and UG as desing tools, in order to do particular analysis of two aspects, the system and the unit circuits.At first, this article discusses fundamental characteristics, structure and development of satellite communication, and introduces its developments and current situations. Based on the frequency transmit-receive front-ends's scheme analysis, chain circuit's calculate and parameter distribute, this article considers theory calculate and computer simulation, obtains the main unit circuit's design and simulation result, and realize practical circuit. Then tests the system's performances respectively, and debugs the whole system ensembly. The results indicate that this article's research of transmit-receive front-ends is able to content technical demand, has been delivered to users. At last, this article summarizes the experience, analyses the problem and insufficient, and proposes thinkings and methods of improvement. .
