The Design And Implementation Of Mobile Phone Service Channel Application Architecture Based On WeChat Public Platform

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the Internet companies who rely on their own advantages have launched some mobile applications to occupy the new market. Communication operators who have all-business operation license have gradually involved in this market, launched their own applications and services. WeChat with excellent design and good user experience, has won in the competition of the mobile Internet market. WeChat has become one of the most important entrance of mobile Internet.In the process of competition, communication operators’ mobile Internet channel cannot compete with WeChat. WeChat public platform, as a lightweight application inside WeChat, without install process, has the characteristic of easy generalization. WeChat public platform connects hundreds of millions of users and the majority of merchants. In this situation, communication operators should change their strategy, they can use WeChat public account to provide services to their users and strengthen the construction of their own mobile Internet channel.In this paper, we did the research about communication operators’ services type and summarized the general services. We will use the development interface of communication operators as well as WeChat public platform and divide functions with modular design method. In this process, we will fully consider the technical framework, application deployment and data interface definition to guarantee the system’s safety and reliability. Finally, we will implement a safe, reliable and extensible application architecture by using the mature development technology.The application architecture proposed in this paper has been successfully applied to a communication operator’s mobile phone service channel project. The project has been formally launched and steadily run for one year and provided high quality and reliable services for users.
