On the one hand, in recent years, with the concept of “Internet +” became more and more in-depth, the traditional medical industry in The Internet Tidal Wave tried to explore and find new direction, which led to all kinds of Internet medical products, especially mobile Internet terminal products sprung up and also provided various solutions for the Chinese traditional status quo of difficult medical problems. For hospitals, it is urgent to use information-based means to improve its service level and improve patient' satisfaction for the treatment. On the other hand, as one of the most representative products of the mobile Internet era, WeChat has strong user groups. Throgh it, people can socialize, shopping, deal with financial management, payment and so on. On the WeChat, any process in life are possible to implement and quickly spread.According to the above two conditions, this paper designed and developed a mobile medical platform based on WeChat, including the construction of basic environment, the build of cloud service platform, the construction of WeChat public platform and the development of information management backstage. In this paper, the development and advantages of WeChat medical treatment will be introduced and analyzed concerning the issues of the status quo of the medical care model, national policy and the level of domestic and overseas mobile medical development. Design scheme and technical solutions of the platform were determined by the scene of hospital users. Based on WeChat mobile medical platform, for its main part is hospital and the core is users, Main businesses of the hospital are divided into three categories, namely: outpatient service, hospitalization and physical examination. And then each type of users carry out function setting and plan in accordance with the treatment process of before seeing a doctor, see a doctor and after seeing a doctor. The core functions include navigation about hospital and within hospital, appointment registration, checklist query, imaging result query, will query, return visit reminder, hospital listing query and medical examination report query, etc.At the end of the paper, the testing party was designed for main functions and interfaces of the mobile medical platform, and tested one by one in accordance with schemes. The results are compared with the demand analysis. If there are any disagreements, the test results will be rapidly modified and perfected to fully compliant with the demand analysis and the needs of hospitals and patients.
