Research And Implementation Of R & D Public Service Platform For Mobile Services

R&D Public Service Platform is the platform via internet to integrate R&D resource, to offer technical related service, to promote effective allocation and share. It not only improves innovation capabilities and reduces cost for enterprise but also provides strong support for country to improve competitiveness of technology in the world. With the mobile communication technology continually developing and the mobile phones popularization, enterprise strongly required getting services of R&D Public Service Platform via mobile. Based on enterprise requirement, it is to build mobile service system combining mobile internet business and R&D Public Service Platform to meet the requirement for enterprise. It is an important task to develop Mobile Service System at present.The research object of this article is Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform, it studies Mobile Service System. This article summarizes the structure of R&D Public Service Platform and feature of mobile communication service, also analyzes requirement of R&D Public Service Platform and categories of Mobile Service System. With distributed service and centralization represent model, it puts forward system structure for Mobile Service System basing on R&D Public Service Platform. And then it defines function of Mobile Service System and designs detail.
