| In recent years, there are many news on journalists’suicide, premature death due to illness, job-hopping, sub-health phenomenon in China, and people began to pay close attention to journalistic occupational stress and a series of problems caused by them. However, neither the journalists, media units nor society as a whole,are not giving enough attention to this problem, so journalists who often claim themselves as "Uncrowned King" got much more occupational stress problems, which lead to "the regression of Uncrowned King".This study is mainly based on the literature analysis, and the questionnaire survey is supplemented by. The main line of this study is about why the journalists suffer from occupational stress--what are the specific points of occupational stress--what is the cause of these occupational stress--what are the counter-measures to relieve and eliminate occupational stress, and analyze the specific characterization and precipitating factors of journalists occupational stress and precipitating factors, and collect some suggestion and countermeasures for journalists occupational stress.The author aims at that, on the one hand, it will draw attention and focus on the problem from journalists, media units and the society through this study, on the other hand, the author hope this research can provide a supplement and reference for the research on the occupational stress of the journalists. At the same time, by providing ideas and countermeasures, this study could alleviate or even eliminate the occupational stress of the journalists in order to achieve the guiding role and significance of this in practice.Through the research, the author found that the journalistic occupational stress was mainly from various kinds of physical strength, ability and spirit. The factors that cause the occupational stress of the journalists are mainly three levels:the micro, meso and macro factors. Therefore, whether the journalists themselves and their friends and relatives around, or the media units where they work in and even the whole society, all of them should play their role in helping journalists to alleviate or even eliminate the occupational stress, in order to contribute their strength to support the development of journalism industry in China. |
