Based on the reliability problems encountered by sensors in practical engineering,this paper is based on the application of pressure-resisting pressure sensors in aerospace,aviation,ships,weapons,electronics,industry and other fields as a sample,to carry out a pressure-resisting sensor temperature stress acceleration life test.The main research contents include the reliability test method of pressure-resisting pressure sensor under temperature stress,the construction of acceleration life test platform and the data statistical analysis method,and the reliability index of pressure-resisting pressure sensor under temperature stress is determined by the test,and finally fast,Accurately evaluate the life and reliability of pressure-resisting pressure sensors under the action of temperature stress to ensure that the product meets the reliability requirements of engineering use.Firstly,through the formulation and design of the accelerated life test method and the general idea,the requirements,key indicators and reference standards in the test process are determined,and the possible faults in the test process are classified,counted and diagnosed.At the same time,the test failure time and test of product life are defined.Choice of truncation time and failure number to meet the requirement of product life test.Then,based on the accelerated life test scheme,an accelerated life test platform is built to determine the overall idea and components of the test platform,to ensure the smooth connection of equipment,devices,fixtures and software components in the test,and to solve various problems in the process of platform construction,so as to ensure the smooth progress of accelerated life test.That's ok.Finally,the test data and product failure are analyzed and processed,and the average life of the product is calculated to verify whether the reliability design of the product meets the use requirements.It provides theoretical basis and method for the reliability growth of product design in the future to meet the reliability requirements of sensors in the field of aerospace,aviation and other military industries in China.
