The Research Of Home Telehealthcare Service System Based On S.E.E

As China is entering the aging society gradually, there are many problems for example the number of patients with chronic diseases increased fast year by year, the uneven distribution of medical resources, and people changed the concept of health, so that the traditional medical mode is difficult to satisfy people’s needs today, and exploring the effective care model for the elderly patients with chronic diseases has become the focus of the whole society. At the same time, as ICT (Information Communication Technology) technology is the rapid development in China, telemedicine and telehealthcare system are also the rapid development, and combined with the current government policy for the elderly service guidelines, we can make the telehealthcare related technology use in homeservices for the elderly so that we can satisfy the new demands on the health of the elderly in a large extent and better take care of chronic patients. The article will carry out research from the service design level, and under the framework of S.E.E (Service Experience Engineering) to carry out new design research for home telehealthcare service system, and the main intention has three aspects:First of all, at present the study for telehealthcare system is mainly focused on the technical level, and these aspects have very little research for the entire service architecture, service process and user demand research. When we make the related technology use in real life, because of the lack of the research for service terminal users and service process, we also can’t make them satisfy meet the needs of older users effectively, so this paper first from service design level launches the research from the user demand, experience and service models to research home telehealthcare service system by a new point of view, as Proust said:"the only right way for finding is not going to new places, but for a vision."Secondly, in the service design process, the research of user’s needs is the core of the whole process, and shaping the best quality for the user experience is the key of the whole process, so this paper will mainly focus on two points for user’s needs and user experience:1,grasp and timely response to the user’s dynamic demand.2, to ensure the. building service model can effectively meet the needs of users. In order to effectively grasp the needs of users and shape of effective service model, this paper will use the S.E.E architecture by the Taiwan Institute for information industry proposed to study the dynamic user’s demand and service mode, mainly through the context of the S.E.E method to research user’s behavior, and then from five aspects to mold for user’s behavior:interactive model, sequential model, model of tools and cultural model and model of spatial flow, in order to analyze home telehealthcare system service to provide the necessary support for drawing the blueprint.Finally, the main motivation of the research about home telehealthcare service system has three points:1, The current domestic and foreign telehealthcare service system mainly has three kinds:home, communities, institutions, according to China’s current economic level, the elderly pension mode and the government related policy about pension services, home telehealthcare service system occupies obvious advantage in cost, usage and care model.2, Home telehealthcare service system is not only the elderly physical healthcare, can promote the mental health of the elderly in a certain extent, to further improve telehealthcare service system for the elderly to build a happy and healthy living environment for the elderly.3, Home telehealthcare service system can timely response to the elderly dynamic demand,and let the family always grasp the health status of the elderly, through the analysis of the data to predict sudden illness, so as to sent effectively caring to the elderly.4, Home telehealthcare service system can meet the current situation of medical resources which always are Inadequate distribution, and can effectively reduce the medical cost of patients with chronic diseases.As an exploratory study of home telehealthcare service system, this paper from the service design level, under the framework of S.E.E, proposes a new way for the research of home telehealthcare, and further improves the pension service system for the elderly in China, its purpose is to create a better life for the elderly, and further research will be on the basis of home telehealthcare to research telehealthcare service system of communities and institutions in order to connect effectively the service mode of home,community and institution to create the ecosystem of telehealthcare,and then which can further improve the pension service system in China.
