The cloud computing market in China has experienced about 10 years of rapid growth.After the integration of IaaS infrastructure,the mutation of PaaS platform capability and the enrichment of SaaS software products,cloud computing and cloud services have been continuously promoted,promoted and commercialized.In recent years a large number of needs in a timely manner to meet the needs of user requirements and business to upgrade the business,the traditional relational database and traditional IT processes have been unable to meet the needs of real-time changes,no cloud database as a SaaS layer database software products,customers need to purchase hardware and network and other traditional resources,has been to start good database service after purchasing service,you can use,effectively reduce the enterprise operating costs and efficiency.Therefore,NoSQL cloud database service can effectively reduce the operating cost and efficiency of customers.Since the software architecture of the cloud computing industry relies on the construction of open source products,the NoSQL cloud service of the SaaS layer migrates the basic functions to the cloud and blocks many features,which is difficult to fully satisfy the customers migrated from traditional IT.Due to the serious homogenization of the competition of cloud services,this study mainly focuses on the analysis and research of the quality improvement of the existing NoSQL cloud services,with the purpose of improving the service quality of enterprises' NoSQL cloud services and improving the operation efficiency of enterprises by saving operating costs for customers.This thesis studies the service quality of NoSQL cloud database through the subjective analysis hypothesis and the quantitative data statistical analysis of SERVQUAL theory.By analyzing the development trend of the industry and the internal quality problems of the enterprise,the research hypothesis is put forward.The SERVQUAL theory is adopted to analyze the primary and secondary relationships affecting service quality from five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy.Then verify and improve the proposed research hypothesis,and then provide a reasonable proposal for the development of the enterprise.Among them,the research data were collected through questionnaires and processed with the help of SPSS statistical analysis software.Conclusion of this study:after the weight analysis of the primary and secondary relationships affecting the five dimensions of enterprise service quality,the influence factors are obtained,and the service quality system is constructed.The main factors are ranked from large to small,including assurance,tangibility,reliability,empathy and responsiveness.Combined with the current situation of NoSQL cloud database service,a complete proposal for service quality improvement is proposed.
