Integrated Service Platform For Patient Application Design Based On Goal-directed

With rapid development of mobile Internet, it will have greater opportunities for development in the next five years.Because of the portable and open interactive features, many traditional industries will put eyes into it. The fusion of traditional service industry and the mobile Internet, created many new forms of service, which mainly relies on the mobile application software. When the mobile application has become the people’s daily life assistant, users will no longer satisfied with the rich functionality and strong background processing ability, the user experience will receive great attention and concern.At present, variety of problems on the traditional medical have become increasingly prominent. Fiscal burden, the shortage of medical resources and so many problems make the traditional medical industry increasingly heavy load. The emergence of mobile medical applications provided new channels for medical service. Convenient, fast and easy to manage personal medical information is the user main reasons for mobile medical applications, while the medical service providers choose it for cost savings. Now China’s mobile medical market demand is rapidly expanding, However, the design of mobile health application is still in its infancy stage, most of the design are simple function accumulation, forcing the user to spend a lot of time to understand the product using way to reach their goal.In view of the above problems, through the combination of object oriented design theory and mobile medical applications design, to solve the target missing problem in mainstream medical applications. In this paper, starting from the specific application example, to research and analysis the goals in comprehensive service platform for patient-a class of important branch of mobile medical applications, explore new ideas of the domestic mobile medical application software design. This paper has analysed the recognition of user goals and the influence factors, according to the user’s cognitive level, the target is divided into three level:the experience goal, the final goal and the goal in life. Through the analysis of each level to carry out targeted research.The study of this topic by using the method of user interviews, questionnaire survey method and virtual characters to construct the interaction model with the comprehensive service platform for patient. Through a low fidelity prototype to test the goals of users in order to optimize the product design. According to the results of the study, summary with patient service mobile application principle in the Instinct layer、the behavior layer and the reflection layer. Finally through the concrete practice case to test the design of integrated service platform for patient based on target final display effect.
