With the development of the Internet and the popularization of mobile terminals,mobile office and remote office tools have appeared in the public eye.Collaborative office apps(Application for short,refers to applications),as online collaboration tools,are convenient,easy to use,mobile,etc.The advantages have been widely concerned and used by the employees of the enterprise.Although this type of app has huge market demand,most product research does not pay attention to the impact of interaction form and user experience,resulting in insufficient innovation in product design,high user learning costs,and overly complicated interface design.Therefore,based on the pain points and needs of users,the innovative interactive forms and design strategies of collaborative office apps are explored through literature research,case analysis,scenario analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods,so as to provide users with a more efficient,comfortable and smooth office experience.is the focus of this study.From the perspective of user experience,this paper summarizes the interaction design principles based on collaborative office apps by collecting and arranging documents related to user experience and collaborative office,that is,fun,scene-based,and emotional regulation.Based on the above theoretical analysis,this paper innovatively proposes the design strategy of "social" demand based on behavioral attributes,the design strategy of "simple" demand,the design strategy of "customization" demand and the design strategy of "efficient" demand based on the characteristics of users.Finally,applying the theory to design practice,using the questionnaire survey method and scenario analysis method to investigate the satisfaction,functional preference and visual design of the existing collaborative office apps on the market,and through data analysis,it is concluded that the user’s response to the office process is summarized.To meet the needs of functions such as collaboration,calendar,and social networking among colleagues,combined with the user experience-based interaction design method proposed in this paper,a lightweight collaborative office app is designed,which provides a certain reference for the design iteration of collaborative office app products.
