Research On Mobile Medical APP Interface Design Based On User Experience

At present, in the process of medical treatment in China, the problem of " three long and one short" problem of registered queue, long queue, long queue and short time of medical treatment has become the heart knot of most people, and the contradiction between doctors and patients is prominent. Therefore, to improve the outpatient service process,reduce the link and shorten the waiting time become an urgent problem. With the rapid development and popularization of mobile internet, smart phone app has become the most popular and popular mobile application, mobile medical app product can achieve remote registration, online doctor consultation, health management and other services, but different types of medical app interface and interactive design in the preliminary stage, functional content repetition, poor fluency, poor user experience.In this article, I summarize some issues concerning the application of relevant App by the analysis on the existing APP products, user experience and related concepts: (1)most medical featured APP are rich in the functions, but lack of attractions and patients loyalty.(2)Inter-facial visual style is simple and easy to use, but lack of brands and distinctions.(3)Interface occasionally is occupied by commercial ads, with poor readability.(4)Interactive experience basically is good, but lack of other good interactive methods such as voice and video.In regard to these issues, the article introduces the concepts of user experience, from the target user research classification, this paper analyzes the psychological and behavioral characteristics of patients, adopted a user interviews and questionnaire survey method This is a systematic structural study of the use of health care apps for users and a quantitative statistical data. with creating role model and the story situation , and the reasons for the poor user experience were found. second , with the three levels of user experience, sensory experience, behavior experience, emotional experience for direction to explore the medical class APP design elements, to propose principles of designing medical class APP interaction and emotional experience design principles. In the end, Finally,according to the design principle and method to solve the problems arising from the user experience, to determine the APP product characteristics, to project practice "chengdu jinjiang maternity and child care" mobile phone APP design, interface design, construct the APP flow chart and high-fidelity prototype by usability testing to verify the feasibility of the design.In conclusion, the purpose of this study is to analyze and summarize the current medical APP interface, combined with the user experience,cognitive psychology,design aesthetics, user centered perspective explore a way to improve medical methods for patients with APP product availability, to optimize the function of products, visual appeal and infection force, medical experience smooth, easy to use products to maximize. This research has important value. At the same time the design process of the medical class provides the design of APP application development, a certain reference value.
