As the number of servers within the company growing, how to identify and solve potential defects in these running machines has become increasingly popular. However, traditional monitoring systems often can not meet the requirements, because the format and accuracy of the machine data vary and can be difficult to understand. As a result, it is hard to have a standard to measure whether the machine is running normally.Reactive Bug Identification and Remediation (RBIR) is a tool that simplifies bug identification for Data Domain products and accelerates remediation by creating a remediation package including the bug signatures, related knowledge base articles containing workarounds, and appropriate upgrade recommendations. The tool also allows authorized users to define the bug signature patterns used to identify bugs in symptom data.RBIR is a Web system, and technically, it uses the MVC pattern with the help of the SpringMVC structure. This paper will be based on the bug management module which 1 participated in this project.RBIR is an initiative intended to eliminate the need for users to be involved in data protection activities, so data protection becomes an attribute of a computing system, rather than an operation. It will provide core data protection services and ecosystem services.
