The Design And Implementation Of Dataexchange Platform Based On The Management Information System Of People’s Court

In the case of the courts nationwide service network’s being set up and information technology infrastructure’s being complete, various applications based on judgment information management is gradually promoted. However, the eastern and western courts have unbalanced development of information technology, and different places independently develop their own court case information management system. So this will be relatively closed, different standards, and make it difficult to achieve the national court case information sharing, integration and management. Therefore, in order to meet the objective needs of handling a case with laws, adjudgement management and decision support, the Party of the Supreme Court decided to develop a unified information management system.At the same time of the court case information management system’s coming into being and the court information technology’s developping, the courts have more and more information systems, and different courts are using different case management information system, which leads to the information island of internal court, between the courts, and the court with external systems. In order to consolidate and integrate different applications, it is needed to establish a platform to implement communication, interconnection, transformation, portability and security standards-based software platform interface among different information systems of the courts.This thesis design the DataExchange Platform with using B/S structure, equipping with SpringMVC framework and Hibernate framework, combining with Oracle database and Tomcat server, using Html, CSS, jQuery, Ajax and JSON technologies to make the goal of designing the front pages and interacting with the server, and making use of SVN as the version control tool.The DataExchange platform includes a module for data exchanging between the courts, a module for data exchanging with external systems, a module for data exchanging with heterogeneous systems, and a centralized data processing module. The module for data exchanging between the courts mainly deal with the data exchange among different systems of a court. The module for data exchanging with external systems mainly deal with the data exchange between the external systems of acourt and other relevant departments’ systems. The module for data exchanging with heterogeneous systems mainly deal with the data exchange between the external systems of acourt and the heterogeneous systems. The centralized data processing module handle the data using by different courts concentratedly.The business process of the DataExchange Platform implemented by this thesis can provide a reference for other projects.
