Teaching Management System Based On J2EE And SpringMVC Framework

At present,the number of college students is growing,and many teaching management work is still carried out by traditional manual operation and paper document recording.It is inefficient,time-consuming and laborious,and cannot meet current needs.The research and development of the relevant management system for the teaching management process has become an important means to ensure the efficient and smooth development of various teaching activities.Taking the School of Electronic Engineering of Xidian University as an example,this thesis introduces the analysis,design and implementation of the teaching management system based on J2EE+SpringMVC framework.The thesis conducts demand analysis and teaching management process analysis from the actual situation.On this basis,the overall technical architecture design,functional design and database design are carried out.The system is implemented by using SpringMVC as the core and J2EE-based technology system.The thesis uses description tools such as business flow diagrams,functional design drawings,and E-R diagrams in the system analysis and design process.In the system implementation part,the system development efficiency is improved by encapsulating the general technology module into code blocks that can be flexibly invoked.The teaching management system discussed in this thesis mainly implements business functions such as graduation design management,curriculum design management,course operation management,scientific research training management,and national innovation project management.Added visual data statistics to make it easy for users to visually view statistics.Years are considered in business implementation,giving the system the ability to use it for many years.In addition,the privilege level management function has been added,which not only enhances the security of the system but also allows the system to be easily extended to multiple colleges.After detailed testing,the system has been put into formal use.The system has been running smoothly for two years,and has provided services to more than 300 teachers and more than 3,000 students.The effect of the above business functions has been tested in multiple rounds of use.The system has achieved good results in reducing the submission of thesis documents,speeding up the statistical speed of data,simplifying the workflow,and effectively improving the efficiency of the teaching management work of the college.
