Warehouse management is the core of operation management of the Third-Part Logistics Enterprises. The customer’s personalized requirements and varied type of merchandize require Third-Part Logistics enterprises have fast, high-efficient ability to deal with business. Now in China, large third-party logistics enterprises have begun to use RFID warehouse management system. But there are lots of small and medium-sized warehousing enterprises, and they are very pay attention to the construction of warehouse management system. However, due to lack of the study for RFID and warehouse management,service quality and operation efficiency aren’t improved as expected in most warehousing enterprises where warehouse management system has been implemented.This thesis will use one small and medium-sized third party logistics enterprise’s actual project as the background, in view of the actual demand, research the key technologies: Radio Frequency Identification technology, ASP.NET MVC development mode, j Query and jQuery Mobile framework, put forward the warehouse management business process model based on the RFID, design and implement the warehouse management system. This system is divided into eight function modules, and detailed designed the core module Stock-in notice page and Receiving page of the Stock-in management module and Stock-out notice page, Wave plan page, Allocation page and Shipment page of the Stock-out management module. This thesis elaborates how to use ASP.NET MVC 4.0 and jQuery technology to complete the implementation of common page: List page and Detail page. Outlined how to use ASP.NET MVC 4.0 and jQuery Mobile technology to complete the realization of the Mobile page. Finally, the testing and practical application of the new Warehouse Management System indicates that the system is feasible and effective.Compared to other same type systems, the research work in the thesis has following features:(1) Now domestic, most of the enterprises which engaged in the logistics service is small and medium-sized. This thesis use a small and medium-sized Third-Part Logistics warehouse enterprises as the research object, summarizes the characteristics of small and medium-sized warehousing enterprises in China by reading a large number of information. For example they still use the traditional technology and management, lack of modern logistics facilities, mechanization degree is not high, the information technology didn’t widely used in the warehouse management, e.g. electronic data interchange technology, RFID technology and WMS. Then in this thesis, design a WMS which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise.(2) This thesis emphasis on the main process of the warehousing: stock-in process, stock-taking process and stock-out process. On the basis of the original work, the original process especially some cumbersome and tedious manual operation become information through the RFID technology and warehouse management system, so that simplify the process of operation, and greatly improve the working efficiency.(3) This thesis will use ASP.NET MVC 4.0 development model instead of the ASP.NET Web Form development model, and applies AJAX technology in the presentation layer to realize asynchronous data exchange in real-time. ASP.NET MVC 4.0 inherited the fine tradition of the MVC, and powerful HTTP processing ability of the ASP.NET, makes it far easier to develop the HTTP and Web application. Now mobile application development is popular, MVC 4.0 also provides the full and strong basis support, at the same time MVC 4.0 have the ability to automatically detect the browser type, as long as the detection to the browser is mobile browser, which will automatically grab the View which the mobile phone used to process, developers do not need additional handling on this part, in order to move against the Mobile UI design, presentation or use, for a relatively large websites, the cost of the design is low.
