Design And Implementation Of Housing Sales Management System Based On SpringMVC

With the continuous development of computer technology and informatization construction,all walks of life have entered the stage of informationization and digital development.As an important industry affecting the national economy,the real estate industry is also moving towards information construction.With the growth of the national economy,in recent years,there has been a boom in home purchases in China,which has prompted the rapid development of real estate.However,with the continuous development of real estate houses,the increasing number of customers buying houses,corresponding to the tradition of real estate companies,the rough sales management methods can no longer meet the needs of the rapidly growing buyers.For the construction,sales and post-production management of houses,a large amount of information needs to be managed and maintained.And many real estate companies are still in the state of complete manual and manual work.This has brought great difficulties to the construction,sales and management of the real estate industry.How to effectively and scientifically manage and maintain home sales has become the biggest challenge facing real estate companies.Strengthening the scientific,customer-oriented,scientific and information management of property sales is the necessary means to improve housing sales management.This topic designed a housing sales management system based on SpringMVC with a real estate company as the construction background.The system mainly implements four functional modules: customer information management,housing information management,sales contract management,and system management.The project focuses on the analysis and design of the system around these four functional modules.In this thesis,the following aspects are mainly completed: Firstly,the current status of the real estate company is investigated and analyzed,and the background,purpose and significance of the construction,and the status quo are analyzed in depth.Secondly,it analyzes and introduces the choice of related technologies involved in the system,and determines the use of the system's framework structure,development technology,background data and other tools.Then through the UML modeling means,the system's business process,functional requirements and non-functional requirements are analyzed in detail to determine the system's implementation goals.The fourfunctional modules of customer information management,housing information management,sales contract management and system management,which are determined by demand analysis,are designed in detail,including architecture design,authority design,function design and database design.Finally,these designs are presented in a systematic way through coded forms and tested accordingly.
