With the rapid development of computer network technology and the accelerating propagation velocity of modern information content, information in the network is constantly releasing, spreading and updating in hundreds of millions. Facing with such a huge amount of information and amazing propagation velocity, effective integration of information is becoming more and more important. Information technology become essential to those enterprises which want to continuously improve their service and management level, and their demands for globalization of portal and content management system become stronger especially after the internation of Chinese enterprises, so research and development of system management tools and portal site which meet this demand will have a great significance on accelerating the globalization of enterprise content information. Based on the needs of the enterprise portal and its content management system we have done a thorough study on the analysis,design,implementation and performance tuning of the portal and content management system.Firstly this paper introduces the related concepts,research situation and development trend of portal and content management system, and it introduces the key techniques involved, we do optimization,demonstration and development to the new system framework; Secondly we do actual investigation and analysis on the needs of portal and its content management system, and based on the use cases we can draw that the system functional requirements include login and authentication subsystem,rights management subsystem,content management subsystem,material management subsystem,data management subsystem and notification subsystem; then we highlight the architecture design of the overall system,the design of each subsystem module and database. Finally we realize the whole system and test it,and we optimize it before putting it online.The show of the system is based on the Web side, we synthetically use the object-oriented analysis and design methods, it is based on J2 EE technology and adopted B / S structure development model. After the optimized planning of the entire technology framework we use Velocity+Springmvc+Mybatis+Redis+Mysql such an optimized architecture throughout the system, business presentation layer is mainly used Velocity to display the corresponding page on the appropriate platform; Business processing layer adopts the background method to process information; We use Mybatis to package in the store procedures and advance mappings, we use Mysql as a back-end database to store data and with Redis to aid it to complete the management and control of business logic and operation of process; The managed object layer will display or block relevant mandate function according to administrators of different roles with different permissions. The development environment of system is on Myeclipse platform and it is deployed on Tomcat application server to achieve information exchange and pass between client and server side. After post-test, it can meet the needs of enterprise portal and its content management system, the system itself is fully functional,easy to use and has good stability.
