Design And Implement Of Distance Learningexamination System Based On B/S Mode

With the rapid development of internet technology, the application of computer network becomes more and more popular, the traditional face-to-face education mode can’t already meet the needs of education under the new situation, and the distance education has been accepted and recognized more and more. The distance education examination system based on B/S mode, which is the expansion of the traditional examination mode, using the infinite spatiality and timeliness of the network, it can test students at any time and any place online,and it will greatly simplify traditional examination process. Nowadays, the distance education is becoming modernization and informatization, the comprehensive development system for teaching, tutoring and test online is being accepted by more and more people.The distance education examination system based on B/S mode provides a real-time online examination platform for the users, this paper deeply studies the design and implementation of the distance education examination system based on B/S mode. The system uses the popular software development mode of ASP.NET+SQL SERVER 2005, and it uses the SQL structured query language for data access. This system select the Backtracking method to guarantee the standardization of examination paper; introduce the timer to solve real-time problem during online examination; the introduction of S-P to perfect the function of performance statistics and examination paper analysis. From the user’s point of view,the main function of the system can achieve include: user login, user management, test paper management, maintenance, performance management, online examination and marking papers etc. After the operation the system,it can provide a complete online examination system, system administrators and teachers can be input and modify questions, can carry on the automatic generating test paper and manual generating test paper, and it also can realize the automatic marking and manual marking, can analyze statistics and examination paper; online students can carry on the online examination and query results and other operations.
