The Research And Analysis Of Online Examination System In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of network technology,Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing.The country's informatization has been valued step by step and it has been slowly put on the agenda.The way of education is also changing.The traditional paper examination can no longer meet the growing educational scale and new teaching methods.People have come to realize the convenience of on-line online exercises,online classes,online exams,and their high efficiency.In this context,a new type of education and teaching model has been formed within the university—online examination system.This paper mainly does the following work: First,the original process of the eight major sub-processes from the online examination process in business analysis,student and class information management,curriculum management,question bank management,invigilation management,change roll management,score management,and system management The optimized process and flow chart are studied;the organization and user roles are analyzed;the overall use case diagram and each sub use case diagram are given using the UML modeling method and software engineering related theory,and each use case is performed.Secondly,the overall function package diagram of the system was studied and analyzed;then the overall control class diagram and various sub-function abbreviated diagrams of the examination system were studied and analyzed;finally,the database to be used by the system was designed.The table defines the fields and types of each table.The significance of the online examination system: First of all,it can solve the problem of waste of resources and low-efficiency office in traditional paper examinations.Secondly,it can randomly generate test questions,generate electronic papers and answers with reliability and validity,and ensure the fairness of the test fairness;Finally,the electronic analysis of the post-test data and results is conducive to leadership decisions,and has theoretical significance and practical support for the future examination management.
