With the rapid development of information technology and the arrival of the internet age, network information construction has been of great importance work in various industries, meanwhile the system of office automation which is based on network information environment, gets strong technical support and widely used. In recent years, Ministry of Education, Hebei Provincial Bureau of Education and Shijiazhuang Education Bureau all make corresponding specific requirements to speed up the informatization construction in primary and middle schools. As a Provincial Level key school, by contrast, Shijiazhuang No.15 High School still adopts traditional office work, such as paper work, dictation, etc, which is without doubt will bring us great inconvenience in the face of school expansion and relocation. Therefore combined with the superior department’s requirements in charge of education to vigorously promote information construction, a highly efficient software system is needed to make administrative office work automate, procedural and normalized. The administrative affairs office system for high school does not involve all the aspects in a high school. It specially means administrative work in education, teaching and reporting to superior departments. Taking valuable former experience for reference that due to the lack of knowledge of high school office work needs, purchased product based on existing information system is functionally imperfect, unscientific, unpractical and not applicable, leading a low system usage and eventually being abandoned, this office work system is developed independently by audiovisual education center in school. This paper firstly gives an in-depth analysis of the development background and application status of the project, which provides a strong theoretical support to implementation. Then it analyses needs of various core departments in the staff’s perspective, with the main principle of functional practicability, aiming at solving the present problems of inconvenience and de-normalization in teaching staff’s daily office work. In the term of system design, the office work system adopts B/S three-layer mode as structure,.NET Framework 4.0 and SqlServer 2005 which are stable and practical in technological implementation and support as application technique and database storage technique, the implementation of user interface, business logic construction and data operation, storage are effectively separated, ensuring the system’s operability, expansibility and maintainability. In the analysis of needs, the general and detailed design of the system, implementation stages, strictly following the software requirement for project design and development, UML Use Case Diagram, Transaction Flow Diagram, System architecture diagram, UML Class Diagram, UML Sequence Diagram, E-R Diagram, UML Activity Diagram, etc., are given to ensure the standardization and preciseness of the paper content and system design. The administrative affairs office system for high school eventually combines school daily administrative work and related query auditing work, realizing five functional categories-basic information query, daily reporting work, approval work management, statistical information query, system maintenance and management, as well as 32 sub functional modules. After being put into use, due to the specification in the form of automation work flow, the system improves working mode, greatly enhances the staff’s efficiency in handling transactional work, makes staff’s attitude towards the use of information systems from "don’t want to use or have to use" to "want to use and like to use."...
