Design And Implementation Of School Office MIS Based On Web

With the development of network technology and the prevalence of Internet, managing thecampus information using advanced management information system technology and softwaredevelopment platforms has become the latest trend sweeping the university managementarchitectures. To academic department, the ability of managing affairs is the measure of theteaching level. So the request of automation, information-based and network-based on themanagement of school affairs and Office Automation is very high. But, many high schools arelack of MIS to managing school affairs. This paper is write for this purpose. It will setup asystem "School Office MIS Based on Web" .This system is rely on the campus network,involving teaching, researching and office automation.The design of this system is according to the Browser/Server (B/S) work model andthe .NET frame structure. In this paper, I study the technology of MIS based on B/S model,especially study the technique ASP.NET for developing network application, and the databaseaccess tool ADO.NET.The main task of this MIS is designing a system for school affairs and Office Automation.The system carried out function as follows in the end::the promulgation and query of academicaffair messages;the management and query of the base information or the science researchinformation of the teacher;the management and query of the teaching task;the statistic andquery of the teaching workload and reward;the management of the files of teaching transact andthe grade for student.In the end, the system can realize school affairs and Office Automation .It is advantageousto the quality of the teaching affairs management. Trough trial, the system comes to the designtarget and request, it can realize the automation and network-based on school affairs .The systemcarried out safely and efficiently .The function of the system can be modified and enlargedeasily.
