With the number’s increasing of certified safety engineers, it is necessary to design and implement a management system for certified safety engineers to meet the needs of personnel of different types of registered engineers in Xinjiang.The design of this system adopts B/S structure model, and in the code section it adopts a cross-platform Java language to write, and uses the J2EE architecture system in the spring, hibernate and struts framework technology development for the application. During the design process for this system, the system uses the MVC design model to divide the system into model layer, view layer and control layer three parts, and it uses the relational database SQL SERVER 2012 to complete the design of the system database table operations.Through the analysis for the process of certified safety engineers, we determined the main functions of this system. In Xinjiang, certified safety engineer system contains the registration function management, online auditing, background operation management, registration information statistics and transaction management five modules. The register function management module function includes the initial registration, registration, alteration registration, register. The function of the functional modules in the online review includes registered management, organization management. Background operation management module in the division of functions has permission management, examination management, log management and database management. Registration information statistics module partition function has registered user management, registered architect Ann, not through Ann division management. The function of the transaction management module partition includes register registration agency personnel management, personnel management.After the system putting into use, the user can operate various types of registration according to their own needs.
