Design And Implement Of Web-based Students' Registration Management System

With the development of information technique, computer is more and more applied in all sorts of departments. All levels educational management department also equally face the bigness challenge of the information era. Managing the campus information using advanced MIS technology and software development platforms has become the latest trend sweeping the university management architectures. Till now almost all the functional departments in universities have set up management systems concerning their own daily works.Students'registration management has always been an important part of the teaching management of universities. It is a kind of job of great particularity and complexity. Students'registration management has been done by handwork for a long time and has a lot of shortcomings by this lag means, such as low efficiency, easy to slip cogs and so on. Furthermore, it is no propitious to the operation of query, classify, collection and scientific assay to the data, and can hardly play the leading role of th students'status management in the teaching of universities.In this paper, we studied the development of the student's registration management system of Daqing Petroleum Institute. First, it gives a simple introduction of the situation of our country's students'registration management system and the origin of the problem and system feasibility and the meaning of researching the system. Then, in the base introduction of Database technology based on Web, design of whole students'registration management system. At last, realize the system. The system is based on the triple C/S structure and SQL Server database management system, it is developed by Dreamweaver.The Students'Registration Management System based on Web uses ASP and Web database. The system may fulfill data input,examination disposal,graduation disposal and so on. The realization of this system is very important to improve the management level in the high seminary. The practice show that the system has many features such as friendly interface, convenient operating, data security and high dependability etc. Using the system can improve work efficiency.
