The Design And Implementation Of Key Project Tracking And Evaluation System For Yunnan Province

To promote rapid economic development, a number of key projects are introduced and developed in Yunnan Province. Those key projects greatly improve the economic situation in Yunnan Province and make an important contribution for economic development of Yunnan Province. Key projects need more supervision and management. Late project evaluation also needs to focus on supervision. Yunnan Province is currently using the traditional manual regulatory way to track key project evaluation. This way is inefficient and prone to corruption and other issues. Using B/S (browser/server) mode, and mature and stable open source development framework SSH (Strtuts2+Spring+Hibernate3) based on MVC development model. Considering that the system for data security have higher requirements, the system uses SQL SERVER 2012 as the database of the system.The requirement of Yunnan Province key project tracking and evaluation system obtained after the deep exchange with relevant staff. The system business functions can well meet the information supervision and tracking, etc. of key projects in Yunnan. This system includes project management, project statistics and reporting capabilities, project information dissemination management, system management functions. Project management functions includes the under construction project function, fixed asset investment completion function, report management functions, task indicators and assessment function, project monthly backup. Project statistics and reporting capabilities contains project statistics and report management capabilities. Project management is the core function of this system, which could achieve the project supervision and management. Project statistics and reporting capabilities are features of the system, which could achieve all kinds of data for statistical analysis in the system, generate reports to meet different user data demand.
