Inner Mongolia Unicom the new systems of voice DND business is the use of core network signaling to control messages, the convergence of voice, text messaging capabilities, and DND voice value-added services to achieve one million subscriber capacity of the province’s mobile subscriber services. Inner Mongolia Unicom DND business which is based on user’s situation, takes advantage of the core network HLR unconditional calling forwarding status, through the study of a variety of calling various user categories (white lists, black lists, gray lists), user settings scenario, and status conditions of the analysis.
