The rapid development of occupation education, the number of students attending school in the year. But in the face of a growing number of students information, many vocational schools feel difficult, because they are largely remain in the use of paper materials to manage the student's school. It is obvious that the cumbersome process and higher error rate, making this kind of management is no longer meet the requirements of today's society. To this end, I analyze the design of a student information management system. It is based on the characteristics of the general secondary vocational school students, and combined with the actual conduct of a design, is a universal and special in a system, with a high value of application.This paper introduces the project background, the research and application status of the similar systems of the first vocational senior high school graduation qualification examination and management system in Jiangmen, and the research direction and the main work of the system. This paper gives a detailed analysis of the original business process, on the basis of the optimization of business process, determine the system includes six modules:academic achievement management skills, certificate management, disciplinary record management, internship qualification examination results management, result management, system management function module. The detailed data analysis is carried out, the data flow diagram is given, and the system diagram of each entity relationship model is described, and the database table structure is established. And the research work is summarized and prospected.
