Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Dispatching System For Ziyang Mobile Company

At present, Ziyang Mobile Company has more 100 official vehicles, which are used for daily work and business trip. However, the Vehicles information and using process were managed by hand. With the development of company and expansion of business, the collision of the dispatch of official vehicles happened frequently. And the document were in a mess. These issues were hindered the development of the company. So, it is essential that the company need an intelligent web system for dispatching vehicles.Base on the requirements of the clients, the article did the requirement analysis. Using 3-layer architecture and B/S style and combining object-oriented method to design and implement this dispatching vehicles system. The whole system is composed of vehicle management module, vehicles dispatching management module, repairing management module, employees management module, GPS management module and so on. The system maintains the whole information of official vehicles and staff. The user can using this system to query the information efficiently and maintain the basic information. The manger of vehicle management department can draw up the process of dispatching official vehicles and repairing. Using the system, the staff can apply for dispatching and submit the application to auditors. If the application is accepted, it will be sent to the driver as the driving assignment. The system connects the database of GPS monitoring center of the company to get the location of vehicle, which is used for real-time monitoring and tracking. What’s more, the user can use system effectively by authority to strengthen supervision and management.This system has been used by the branch of China Mobile in Ziyang. The usage of official vehicle is got supervised and the vehicle resource is made full use. The usage of the system has normalized the process of dispatching, had desired effect and improved work efficiency.
