Research And Analysis Of Bus Management Information System In Ninghai County

Ninghai County is located in the eastern Zhejiang Province, is one of the earliest area which begin to run pilot reform of official vehicles management. Ninghai has vast territory,include the jurisdiction of 18 towns (township), streets, with a greater amount of official vehicles,after implementing reform official vehicles, retente the management of official vehicles and car stickers subsidy audit management and parallel tubes status. Currently, Ninghai vehicles management system has not been implemented computer information management, many business processes are in accordance with the traditional use of artificial means to artificial fill approval or artificial single entry, low management level and efficiency. Managed refinement of the requirements, need to establish a Ninghai County official vehicles to adapt information technology, scientific management system software required.This article describes the project research background, issues overview, a brief summary of the issues related to the system、research related to the same category system, followed by focus describes the content of this thesis, and lead research article; in the business section analysis, in-depth analysis of the original Ninghai County official car business process management, careful comparison and combination of the original business, the business process optimization hook slightly; in functional analysis section, elaborated use case analysis, including the corresponding use case descriptions, after deep mining system features a detailed diagram depicting the overall feature pack system and its sub-function package diagram, including sub-package diagram of basic information management official vehicles、purchase of official vehicles configuration management to apply for approval、vehicles have changed personnel change involving car stickers grant approval management、the use of official vehicles reimbursement of funds management、public service vehicles recycling management and so on; then in the data analysis section, and easy analysis of system functional modules depend on the data and important process, followed by a little hook out of the entity class diagram, and characterize the structure of the database table; in the last chapter of the module, this thesis summarizes the research and analysis of bus information management system, and further elaborated prospected.
