Vehicle management information is a new platform of integrated management information for meeting the management of Logistics vehicles in a new era. Then, combined with my previous work experience in the process, researched the workflow and the status of the Logistics vehicles management, established a simulation process of vehicle management information system, and application of GPSONE positioning technology and CDMA wireless network about Automatic Vehicle Location and dynamic force monitoring.Finally, with system requirements, the use of object-oriented language C#, Visual Studio2010development platform, SQL SERVER2008database and B/S model design a set of operational needs for modernization of our army vehicle management information system.At present, with the computer and network, wireless communications and other information technology as the main body of the rapid development of high-tech, drove human society’s rapid development, and the technology has penetrated into every field of our country. So, in the logistics industry information construction, but also played a considerable role, also on the logistics of scientific construction to provide help. Improve the logistics management level and competitive strength.For the logistics industry vehicle management construction, some foreign developed countries logistics modernization there are many places where we can draw.
