| The computer performance is the important guideline of evaluating computer system, the computer performance is must be considered when users and enterprises buy and use computers, but it is very difficult to be cognized. This impels the computer performance evaluation become a burgeoning computer science and in endlessly developing. In order to obtain the computer performance, people have constituted many computer performance test programmers, but these test programmers are empty of evaluating system with whole and multifold computer evaluations.In this paper we first summarized the present methods of computer performance evaluation. Based on that, we advanced a set of universal performance evaluation system-testing software package, it is ServerScope server performance test apparatus. The test apparatus's aim is that it can monitor computer performance and then evaluate and optimize computer performance even if the computer system is in different application or different software and hardware configure. In this paper wealso bring forward the Graphical User Interface (GUI) with good and intuitive interface and be independent of workload in this test system. Then the test software package is tested in the blade server - Dawning Server 4000, it's correctness, validity and feasibility is validated through antitype system (such as TCP/IP test) . Blade Server is also named High Availability High Density Server. It let the servers with 1U rack become a blade. Blade Server will become mainstream production in server market as the network develops. Dawning 4000 server looking on gridding is the representative of super server system in our country, we implemented the ServerScope test apparatus with "TCP/IP test" in Dawning 4000 server node, and we provide every performance numerical value and analyzed result. This test provided the capability of Dawning 4000 server in business application and professional study can satisfy the requirement of a medium or small enterprise.
