Research And Implementation Of The Project Cost Management System In Petroleum Enterprises

This article mainly researches on the cost management of oil field construction projects and the implementation of data convergence between cost management,planning as well as engineering departments as an attempt to establish an integrated cost management system in oil field construction projects.The research involves putting all engineering project cost work(such as estimates,budget,bidding,billing,prices,quotas,targets as well as rates)on the system management platform,establishing centralized and shared cost information databases and achieving hierarchical authorization query and network supervision with the purpose of attaining the standard,procedural and scientific goal in cost management.The entire system includes the project management system and sub-business system.The problem to be solved in the paper lies in establishing a standardized model,making clear the organization structure of business data and functions in bill valuation,designing basic data storage mode and ensuring the scalability and security of data.By means of experimental analysis,the research is both conducive to establishing a dynamic project cost management information system according to the business characteristics of petroleum engineering cost management from a global perspective,and conducive to establishing a cost management information database throughout the company to ensure a fast and efficient flow of cost information on the internet.
