In recent years, with the strengthening of the State Grid Corporation and the Provincial Power Company Construction Technology and Economic Management, Infrastructure Department constantly improve the cost management approach, and has formed a standardized management system, designed to norms and standards provincial power grid project cost management to improve the power grid project cost management in order to achieve fast, efficient and accurate cost management modernization.At the national scale of investment for electricity increased by leaps and bounds in the situation, the use of traditional manual mode and stand-alone software for cost and investment cost of editorial control, not only the workload, the process complicated, inefficient management out of touch, but not enough sophistication, data difficult to share resources, has been unable to adapt to the construction cost of electricity at the cost of the various management aspects of pipeline speed, quality and transparency requirements. To this end, the establishment of a process to achieve full cost of power engineering, dynamic management system is to ensure that scientific and reasonable valuation, investment safe, reliable, cost to build a harmonious important initiatives.This paper analyzes the development status of Sichuan Power Grid project cost management on the basis of the demand on the power grid project cost management system to do a thorough analysis, and a more comprehensive description of the major functional blocks required for the system.(1) meet the whole process of the project, the dynamic cost management needs, support network and stand-alone applications.(2) meet the needs of valuation based on standardized management, unified maintenance, publish valuation basis, the system automatically recognizes.(3) to meet the cost of the pipeline collaborative document management needs of users within their authority, were able to check the cost of the pipeline and the cost of the course traces the historical data for each version of each stage projects.(4) to meet the needs of cost accumulation and storage of data, support for multivariate data analysis of the cost and fixed, index calculation.
