| The library in higher education career has dominated the important position. Library service quality directly affect the overall level of running a school, the adequacy of the library information resources, the role that the library plays in the process of help to promote college students’ self-study ability, the quality of of the library service, all these factors will produce important influnence in the school development in the future.Thus it can be seen that researching and improving the quality of service of university library has a profound impact on promoting the development of higher education of China and promoting the social economy and culture. There has always been some issues in the management of SY college library,such as the environment facilities completation, low utilization rate of literature resources, slow renewal rate of the literature resources, service mode rigid, backward system of staff management and so on. In this paper, we put forward some concrete countermeasures of SY college library service quality through the historical analysis on the current status of SY college library and the problems at present stage, combining with the characteristics of the music class art students and college professional setting characteristics.First, we set an on-the-spot investigation. Through the investigation of the questionnaires, we learn about the status of the environment facilities, literature resources, services, staff and other aspects in SY college library. Then, we discussed the current problems existing in the service process in SY college library.At last, in the view of the problems that exist in SY college library service, we put forward some concrete countermeasures to enhance SY college library service quality. They are improving the environment of the library, the level of literature resources service guarantee, deepen the service projects and promoting diversified service pattern, improving the quality of library staff. |
