With the continuous development of China’s social and economic, Logisticsindustry has entered a rapid development of the ranks. Distribution center as animportant node in the logistics system, plays an important role in improving theoperational efficiency and service levels of the entire logistics system.Distribution center order picking optimization contains numerous areas.Ordersto batch optimize and picking path optimization can be very effective to improve theefficiency of the order picking.At the same time the two optimization method doesnot require large warehouse distribution center hardware. From strategy to optimizethe order picking.In this paper, these two issues were the focus of optimization,Onthe basis of previous research carried,For the shortcomings of the previousscholars,Under the condition of coexistence of a plurality of sorting equipment, thereis a plurality of warehouse storage area, Orders in batches and picking pathoptimization model.Two optimization methods applied to the same example, so as tominimize the walking distance in the selection process.Elaborated the importance of the selection process orders in batches and pickingpath optimization.Summarizes scholars optimization method.Pointed out the lack ofpast scholars in the study.For orders in batches in this paper, the total least picking distance as theobjective function.In dual-zone type warehouse, the coexistence of multiple sortingequipment for the conditions established optimization model.Design a geneticalgorithm for the problem solving method, detailed design of the chromosomecoding, crossover method, the variation method.For picking problem,in this paper, in practice there may be a single or there maybe multiple identify device,as the objective function to the selection of the shortestpath, established the optimization model.For the solution of the model, Detaileddesign method of genetic algorithm to solve the problem.Established theeffectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm through numericalexample.Compared a single order picking, batch picking a first-come, first-servedbasis, and orders designed batch method,verify the validity of the orders inbatches,And verify the design in batches batch method is superior to the traditional order.This article also verified picking problem. Through numerical example showsthe chosen path through genetic algorithm optimization heuristic strategy is betterthan the S-type.By numerical example shows combinatorial optimization. That is, the firstorders in batches to optimize and then the validity of the chosen path optimization,you can try to reduce the walking distance in the selection process.Use VisualBaisc genetic algorithm for solving two problems, orders in batchesand chose the path optimization to solve the model.
