| In recent years,fresh e-commerce has developed rapidly in first-tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,bringing great convenience to consumers.However,the orders of e-commerce companies are characterized by high frequency,small lot-size and randomness.At the same time,fresh products have perishable properties,and customers have higher requirements for delivery timeliness.It's brought big business challenges to the fresh distribution center.Picking and delivery are the two core components of the distribution center,directly affecting the operating costs and effectiveness.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to integrated order batching and delivery problems under distribution center of fresh e-commerce enterprises.This paper takes the picking and delivery of fresh e-commerce distribution center as the research object,comprehensively considers the logistics characteristics of fresh food and the wave characteristics of e-commerce order,and optimizes the operation process and efficiency of the distribution center from on-line order batching and delivery problem.This paper analyzes the current situation of A e-commerce enterprise distribution center from four aspects:business characteristics and process,order status,picking operation and distribution operation,and concludes that the A distribution center has problems such as low order picking efficiency,high cost of picking staff,and long order fulfillment time.According to the analysis,the root cause is that the operation process and batching method for off-line orders are unreasonable,and the demand for small lot-size,high frequency and fast delivery timeliness of e-commerce orders does not match.By combing the online order processing process,the order batching and sequencing problem with fixed departure time is presented to minimize the total service time and the total tardiness time.Using the Seed and C-W(ii)to establish the corresponding basis.Several novel rule-based solutions are proposed,including the formation of batches and assigned to appropriate pickers.After that,the actual data of the A distribution center is substituted into the algorithm,and the model effect is verified by comparing and analyzing the total service time of the order picking,the number of picking personnel and the order fulfillment time.Finally,suggestions for selection and vehicle management are proposed.The solution of this paper will improve the degree of informatization,reduce the cost of picking staff,perfect the order fulfillment process,and provide a good logistics service guarantee for the sales growth of the A company. |
