In the mechanical assembly process, between the parts with interference connection way everywhere, so the interference fit is second only to the thread connection of commonly used the most common way of connection. Interference fit with implementation basically adopts the press way, and the press mounting quality of the subsequent use has important influence. At present, the interference connection after the press mounting quality decision still exists some shortage,resulting in accuracy and did not achieve the desired level of error judgment, more.This article through to the domestic and foreign press mounting and judgment principle to carry on the analysis, put forward a kind of judgment principle to optimize the pressing force- displacement curve based on Virtual Instrument Based on Lab VIEW, and the software developed by industrial control computer as the upper computer online monitoring system, further improves the accuracy of the pressing piece to judge, at the same time for the improvement on a machining process can also play a reference and guiding role.Firstly, this paper through the study of domestic and foreign technology of interference connection, in theory for the relationship between the pressing force and pressure loading displacement is analyzed, and according to the actual situation in the taper hole will appear satisfies the Taylor principle the pressing situation, are analyzed theoretically, and determines the criterion qualified pressing taper hole.Secondly, based on the analysis of the support in theory, put forward to meet the requirements of the press mounting force- displacement curve judgment principle,and some of the results of possible situations are analyzed and illustrated. Modified methods are put forward to the theory of press mounting force displacement curve,which is more accord with the actual production.Then, the control strategy of online monitoring system are analyzed and studied,and through the theoretical calculation, the choice of parameters is obtained on the basis of the control strategy, and design principles of the monitoring system in detail.Finally, through the virtual instrument Lab VIEW as the development platform,the various control interface on PC is designed to develop, so that the pressure process and quality control of intelligent.The completion of this paper relies on certain theoretical basis, design andcontrol theory research and control system, and has strong practicability, the pressing judgment technology is perfect and supplement, has a certain significance.
