The attitude sensor is used to measure the two angles between the horizontal plane and the platform of the self-propelled gun.The accuracy and stability are two important indicators to measure the performance of attitude sensor,stability index reflects the reliability coefficient of attitude sensor,and the precision is the key auxiliary self-propelled artillery hit the target based on good stability.Therefore,the two performance detection is the key to the research of attitude sensor measurement.The traditional hardware detection instrument can only detect the stability and accuracy of the attitude sensor in the general environment,and can not simulate the stability and precision of the attitude sensor in the complex environment of the battlefield.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a virtual detection instrument based on LabVIEW,which can detect the stability and precision of the attitude sensor in the simulated battlefield environment.There are many complicated factors,such as electromagnetic interference,high temperature,cold,vibration and so on.In this paper,the influence of electromagnetic interference on the stability of attitude sensor is studied,and a virtual sensor based on attitude sensor is developed on the Lab VIEW software platform.Solid Works software is used to model the transmission line and the attitucde sensor,and the CST electromagnetic simulation software is used to simulate the transmission line and the sensor board.The coupling current is added to the simulation circuit of the attitude sensor,and the influence of electromagnetic interference on the output data of the attitude sensor is obtained.Then the virtual instrument is built by programming,The simulation results show that when the electromagnetic interference from the front face of the attitude sensor motherboard,the maximum intensity of the coupling electromagnetic field near the motherboard surface;The influence of the external electromagnetic interference field on the attitude sensor is 4GHZ-5GHZ;The influence of the external electromagnetic interference on the transmission line is not changed with the change of the transmission line shape;The stability error of attitude sensor is not more than 0.008 degrees in normal environment,and the precision error is not more than 0.02 degrees;In the external electromagnetic interference environment,the maximum error of the attitude sensor is 0.053 degrees,which is less than the error limit of the attitude sensor by 0.06 degrees.This paper designed and completed four different functions of virtual instrument based on attitude sensor,including the serial debugging instrument,stability of the virtual testing instrument,precision testing instruments and superposition of electromagnetic interference and stability of virtual instrument.Serial debugging instrument is mainly to verify the data transfer between the attitude sensor and virtual instrument,that is,whether the virtual instrument can receive the angle data of the attitude sensor output;The stability virtual instrument is used to detect the stability of the attitude sensor in the ordinary environment,and provides the basic program frame for the following research and development of other functions;The precision measuring instrument is used to detect the angle value of the attitude sensor;The virtual instrument is a kind of intelligent instrument,which is mainly used to simulate the output of the sensor in the electromagnetic interference environment.Through the detection and correction of the virtual instrument,it can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the attitude sensor.
